The Challenge

Inlight Psychology, a compassionate psychology practice in Bondi Junction, NSW, supports clients through mental health challenges like anxiety and stress. To encourage mindfulness and keep their brand top of mind, they sought a thoughtful giveaway for therapy sessions and workshops. Insight Psychology understood the value of thoughtful branded and believed that generic merchandise that didn't reflect their caring ethos won't stand a chance. So, they approach us for a tailored solution.

Our Solution 

We suggested branded sticky notes, which are perfect for jotting down thoughts or affirmations. They loved the idea and decided to order 150 custom-branded sticky notepads featuring their logo, contact details, and website address. Including the address was such a wise move for Inlight Psychology, ensuring their name stays in sight and their brand is just one call away. Because the personalised sticky notes were pocket-friendly, their clients could slip these into their pockets or bags and bring them with them daily. We collaborated closely with Inlight Psychology to bring their vision to life. From selecting sustainable, FSC-certified paper to designing a serene layout with their logo, every detail was intentional. 

The Outcome

The decorated sticky notes were a hit! Clients loved how practical these are. They expressed their excitement over these and mentioned how they could use the sticky notes to capture insights from the sessions, write down daily reflections, or stick them on their office desks to remind them of a task they had to complete. Most of them shared photos of the sticky notes they received and tagged Inlight Psychology. Because of the social media boost, Inlight Psychology was able to deepen its connections with its clients and catch the interest of those looking for a psychology clinic that actually cares.
