Our Work with the Centre for Corporate Health

The Challenge

Based in Sydney, NSW, the Centre for Corporate Health is a leading provider of psychological services, offering employee assistance programs (EAPS), counselling, and workplace mental health training to Australian businesses. They are known to host seminars and training sessions about mental health regularly. They sought merchandise to engage managers and employee support coordinators to keep their attendees reminded of their mission. Giveaways like pens didn’t reflect the Centre’s focus on mental health support or leave a lasting impression. That's why they ordered something practical and something that would stick: 2 colour custom printed sticky notes. 

Our Solution 

We designed 200 branded sticky note pads, crafted from sustainable, FSC-certified recycled paper, each printed with the Centre for Corporate Health’s logo and their tagline "Your wellbeing in mind." These compact sticky notes were tailored for seminar attendees to jot down key insights, action items, or reminders during training sessions, and they are ideal for use in offices or home workspaces. We collaborated with their team on the design and the production process to ensure every detail, from the branding to the quality of the paper, met their standards. With a packed schedule of seminars and training sessions across Australia, our production and logistics teams worked efficiently to deliver all 200 sticky note pads to Sydney, meeting the Centre’s timeline.

The Outcome

The sticky notes were a ripper success. At a Brisbane HR training session, a manager used their pad to note strategies for implementing EAPS, later sticking it on their desk to prompt follow-up actions. Because these branded sticky notes allowed the participants to jot down notes during the discussion, they were able to ask some questions and keep the seminars engaging. Aside from this, the HR professionals and support coordinators kept using the personalised sticky notes even after the session—flagging reports, marking mental health training tasks, or jotting down ideas for staff support, each use reinforcing the Centre’s mission. This initiative strengthened the Centre of Corporate Health's reputation as an advocate for workplace mental health.
