Our Work with the NSW Government Child Wellbeing Unit
The Challenge
Operating from Sydney, the NSW Government Child Wellbeing Unit is dedicated to improving outcomes for children and families through policy, research, and collaboration with community organisations, educators, and health professionals. They needed a giveaway to foster connection and reinforce their mission-driven identity for stakeholder workshops and inter-agency meetings. Generic promotional items like pens or lanyards failed to reflect the Unit’s commitment to child welfare or resonate with their professional audience. They sought an eco-friendly, functional gift that aligned with their values and encouraged ongoing stakeholder engagement. The Child Wellbeing Unit trusted us to supply branded sticky notes in 2-colour prints to carry their purpose forward.
Our Solution

We developed 200 branded sticky note pads crafted from sustainable, FSC-certified recycled paper, each imprinted with the NSW Government Child Wellbeing Unit’s logo. These compact sticky notes were designed for stakeholders—social workers, educators, and policymakers—to capture key insights, action items, or reminders during workshops and meetings.
We understood that giving out these promotional sticky notes aims to strengthen relationships with their key stakeholders. So, we selected high-quality paper and one with a unique design. With a busy schedule of workshops and inter-agency meetings, our production and logistics teams efficiently delivered all 120 sticky note pads to Sydney in time for their next workshop.
The Result
The stakeholders cheered when they received these sticky notes. They used them to note action items for a new child safety initiative. The attendees also used these sticky notes in their offices to mark reports, flag priorities, and jot down their to-do lists. Because of this initiative, the Child Wellbeing Unit was able to position its organisation as a collaborative and mission-driven entity.
